Balance Yoga Studio Waiver

1. I am in good health and can adequately perform yoga postures.

2. I will follow all instructions given to me by my instructor.

3. I will not hold Balance Yoga Studio responsible for any injuries suffered by me caused by myself or another person.

4. I grant permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video or other digital media (photos) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications (social media platforms/e-mails/etc.). I waive any rights to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears.
